Living beside Croft Close Nature Reserve has given CQ member Moira Neal the opportunity to photograph her wild neighbours and take inspiration for her many creative activities. Moira gave this talk at one of our recent meetings; now there is a unique opportunity for anyone to hear this talk again.
Doors open at 7pm with the presentation to start at 7:30pm.
Tickets for the event are available in advance here or on the door on the night.
Adults - £5, Under 18s - £3
There will be a raffle on the night.
All proceeds will go to Histon & Impington Green Spaces charity number 1195616.
In her talk, Moira will express her passion for the nature she observes from her kitchen
window and their secret lives when (they think) no one is looking. During lockdown, sitting at her kitchen table, Moira started to photograph the wildlife visiting her garden and nearby pond. Her
kitchen is like a private hide from which to observe the behaviours of the animals and birds that come by. She has captured many stunning pictures as you will see.
Not quite an exhibition but a special sale of fabrics by Doughty's. Cambridge Quilters' members will be helping and all entrance fees to go to MND.
